Goal of the Activity

The aim of the level system is to encourage members to work efficiently, to increase participation in events efficiently, and to be able to monitor productivity easily. The aim of the performance evaluation meeting is listening to the suggestions and criticisms of the members, making the members aware of their own pros and cons with self-evaluation, and talking about how to solve the existing problems. The aim of the HR support line is to have a unit where not only the members of the board of directors and committees but also the active members can express their suggestions and criticisms freely and whenever they want.

Description

This initiative consists of 3 parts; level system, performance evaluation meetings, and HR support line. The level system is that the members of the local board can go to the activities in a week in correlation with the work they have done during that week without spending any expenses. During that period, the Human Resources Coordinator of a certain section manages standards, questionnaries, and reports. Performance evaluation meetings consist of the evaluation of the members of both local boards and committies. The appraisal  is divided into three. self-evaluation, evaluation of ESN, evaluation of teammates. All comments about teammates that members made are anonymous. The HR support line is a phone number created specifically for ESN Nişantaşı.
